Text Message Consent and Data Sharing

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information collected by the Council will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data is not shared with third parties for any purpose other than the delivery of the Council’s own messages through our messaging service provider.

Text message recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Payments

The Council may accept payments, donations, event fees, or other transactions through Square.

Payment-card information submitted directly through Square is processed by Square under its own privacy and security practices. The Council does not intentionally collect or store complete payment-card numbers through this website when the transaction is processed directly by Square.
