Brothers,
As you know our Council will be hosting the Pancake Breakfast at our parish school’s “Breakfast with Santa”. The event is scheduled for December 4th. This will be our most visible endeavor at the school to date. The importance of full participation by all Council Members cannot be emphasized enough. I need all your support. We will prepare over 300 meals. Please see below for details:
Saturday December 3rd
Shopping – I need one volunteer to help me shop and transport food and supplies to the School. I usually start at 8:00 am.
Sunday December 4th
- Arrive at the School at 6:00 am.
- Begin set-up and food prep.
- Food Service begins at 8:30 am and ends at 12:00 pm.
- Clean-up immediately follows service.
Food prep. Is done in both kitchens – the cafeteria and the gym. We will need runners from the kitchens, food prep. staff and servers.
Our menus is a follows:
- Pancakes
- Meat- Sausage and Bacon
- Donuts
- Coffee, Milk and Juice – Syrup and Butter
